Alright... Wish I was in the Rules Committee, I got a lotta stuff to say lol Petrags, your input on the SAPML rules, along with everybody else is valued, whether you are on the committee or not. In fact, some rules were instituted because of players' input who were not on the rules committee, but found a problem that needed addressed. So input if you have something the committee needs to look at.

This fatigue thing is gonna pose a problem. Yes, it will pose a problem. As I said earlier, I would have preffered that EA not do that. No one in our league, or for that matter, 99% of the other leagues would not do that. EA needs to reconsider this. The cheesers online are the only ones who will be doing that and most of us do not really play anyone unless we know them.>Triangle left, IMO, I like, but like bump n run shouldn't be done every stinkin play! Mix it up. Agree!>Pass Interference is not being called so lets not go there. Terrible oversight on EA. I didn't even know till I read about it. Speaking of penalties, EA has got the game where some of the penalities like that come inside the red zone. In two of the three games I have played, a defensive pass interference penalty was called and a holding penalty was called, both inside the 10-yard line. The interference call was made in the end zone!I think that's it for now, but some are saying that jetpacking is back. We will see. Jatpacking is back but being done, from what I have read, by the DB, who sometimes out-jump the receivers. Jetpacking rule will be left in the SAPML and will apply to both offense and defense.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!
EASO Nathan at MN says they are going to turn fatigue back on but only for unranked games.
Here is what I wrote in Madden Nation regarding his, quote, solution:
AN OPEN LETTER TO EASO NATHAN!
Sorry, but you guys are screwing up turning fatigue off on ranked games. I know you are trying to find an amicable solution to this problem but that solution only creates others. I was going to participate in leagues online but now will not because the ranked games will be skewed. I don't think you are going to get very much participation from the community if you let this stand, and that will not look good to your Dodge people either. You have now given the upperhand to those teams in the higher echelon and nobody wants to participate in games that are tilted. In trying to remove a "glitch," you have just created another "glitch."
Those players in leagues, at least 99.9% of them, do not use and never would use such tactics, so it is a moot point for us. The ones who do use it will just continue to use it in unranked games and are laughing because look what they have done, taken the fun out of online league play. Rank is no concern of mine.... the use of the leagues and stat potential, yes.
TURN FATIGUE BACK ON FOR "ALL" GAMES, RANKED AND UNRANKED, AND LET THE "COMMUNITY" TAKE CARE OF IT.
PLEASE!

Only for unranked games. Right now, ranked games, 4-minute games, fatigue will be turned off. When they do it. So as far as the SAPML goes, 5 minute games, fatigue will be turned on.

Well, that's better than having ALL games with fatigue off.

It's kinda late for them to be talking about this, how much can they really fix now that the game is released everywhere

However, I'm sure no one in this league would use any kind of "known" glitch........except maybe Pfeels........... ;D HEY!!! If I cheat it's because I did it by accident ... lol

Who does their betta testing, you think they would have some of the more prominant leagues do it ... I'm all for EA because I've bought their games for years but they are starting to remind me of Microsoft ...

the triangle left play for D was put in place to counter the run. But as mentioned it has been used by some on every play. It brings big time pressure if the D is blitzing anyone. If the D calls a zone it takes away the short crossing plays because the safties are already in the box. I dont think you can limit it to once every 4 plays because if J. Lewis is killing me i would probably need to use it more to slow him down a bit. But it should be treated like BNR as someone said, not used every play...but should be used when appropriate. A straight baller is usually going to know the difference.

I don't really see a reason to limit it. Defensive and offensive play calling are covered in the Guide rules, and all you can do is just say "mix it up." But if someone thinks you are going to run the ball, they should be able to use the tools in the game to stop you. Audible to a different play. That is why I think that is always important to look for the other team's weakness, which every team has, however, not all are equal in that department. ;D

I'm still figuring out the triangle ... Wish List: a recorded breakdown of every play both sides choosed and every little things they did to mix it up ...

ok... "mix it up" is just very general and leaves for cheesing i think
